As cheap money looks for a home, Mugunthan agrees with a Goldman Sachs observation that India could overtake the FTSE by 2024 as IPOs have “come to town” bringing out the e-commerce, food delivery and payments unicorns. In contrast to ageing countries, India’s demographics lends itself to better growth opportunities. However, as he warns that nothing moves in a straight line, wise buying and accumulation is the best strategy.
