Infosys Limited is an Indian multinational corporation that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services. Its headquarters is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka in India. In FY 19, the company had a revenue of US$ 11.8 bn. It aims to expand client relevance through four pillars – scale agile digital, energize the core, expand the skilling and drive localization. Infosys has a growing Agile Digital Portfolio, in Q4 FY19 the company has revenues of US$ 3.68bn of digital revenues which form 31.2% of the total revenues.
Infosys enables clients in 45 countries to navigate their digital transformation. In 2017, 61.9% of its revenues were derived from projects in North America, 22.5% from Europe and 3.2% from India and the remaining 12.4% from the rest of the world. Australia is currently the second largest business region for Infosys.
India is the digital capabilities hub of the world with around 75% of global digital talent present in the country. India’s IT & IT Enabled Services industry grew to US$ 181 bn in 2018-19. Exports increased to US$ 137bn and domestic revenues grew to US$ 44 bn. The industry revenue is expected to grow to US$ 350bn by 2025 and the revenue from the digital segment is expected to comprise 38% of the total.
